Ms Jehan

With expertise in teaching English (K-10) and Mathematics (K-6), Ms. Jehan combines her strong academic foundation—Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching Primary) and a Master of Teaching—with a passion for guiding students toward success. She believes in empowering her students to embrace challenges, echoing her favourite quote from Mike Tyson: “In order to succeed greatly, you have to be prepared to fail greatly.” Her approach fosters resilience and confidence, helping students thrive both academically and personally.


MR Zakariya

A dedicated educator with a strong academic foundation as a Doctor of Medicine, Mr. Zakariya excels in teaching Mathematics (Y7-12), English (Y7-12), Biology (Y11-12), and UCAT preparation. Whether guiding students through Standard or Advanced courses, his teaching fosters both understanding and excellence. He inspires his students to embrace integrity and determination, reflected in the wisdom of Prophet Muhammad’s words: “If you feel no shame, then do as you wish.”


MR Alex

With a Bachelor of Commerce and a passion for teaching Mathematics (K-10), Mr. Alex helps students build a strong foundation and achieve their academic goals. He encourages his students to take charge of their learning, inspired by his favourite quote: “Don’t just always be a passenger, get in the driver’s seat.” Through his engaging teaching style, Mr. Alex empowers students to approach challenges with confidence and take the lead in their educational journey.


Ms khansa

A dedicated and multifaceted educator, Miss Khansa teaches English (K-12), Mathematics (K-12), Science (Y7-10), Biology (Y12), and PDHPE (Y12). With a Bachelor of Vision Science and a Master’s in Clinical Optometry, she combines her academic expertise with a passion for helping students excel. She inspires her students with Muhammad Ali’s words: “Success is not achieved by winning all the time. Real success comes when we rise after we fall,” encouraging them to persevere and achieve their full potential.


Mr mohammad

Specialising in Mathematics (Y7-12) and Business Studies (Y11-12), Mr. Mohammad brings expertise and dedication to every lesson. With a Bachelor of Software Engineering (Honours), he combines logical problem-solving skills with a passion for empowering students to succeed. Inspired by Nelson Mandela’s words, “The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall,” he encourages resilience and determination in all his students.


MS Tahiya

Ms Tahiyah is a dedicated tutor specialising in Mathematics and English for students from Kindergarten to Year 10, as well as Year 11 and 12 Standard Mathematics and Standard English. With a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honours), Tahiyah brings a structured and creative approach to her teaching. She believes that persistence and determination are key to success, with her favourite quote being, “With determination and persistence, every goal becomes achievable.” Her ability to connect with students and simplify challenging concepts makes her an invaluable member of the Beyond Tutoring team.


Mr. Saarang

Saarang Ali serves as Co-Director and Math Coordinator at Beyond Tutoring, bringing both exceptional academic credentials and a passion for teaching. Having graduated from Fort Street High School in 2022 with an impressive ATAR of 99.40, he is now pursuing a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy at UNSW. Saarang approaches education as a series of building blocks, remarking, “Every bit of learning is a building block. With enough building blocks, you can start to change the world.” His methodical and student-focused approach helps learners excel academically while fostering a lifelong love for knowledge.


Mr. Umar

Umar Khan serves as the Co-Director at Beyond Tutoring, spearheading the UCAT and Med/Dent Interview preparation programs. A graduate of Australian International Academy with an exceptional ATAR of 99.40 (Dux) and a UCAT score in the 99th percentile, Umar is now pursuing a Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine at UNSW. His deep commitment to education aligns with his favourite quote by Malcolm X: “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.” Umar’s passion for learning and helping students excel is a cornerstone of his leadership and teaching style.
