1. Don’t Procrastinate! – This is one of the worst things you can do during studying. To help yourself become more productive, discipline yourself by removing all distractions from your study area. Yes, this includes phones, social media, video games, you name it.
2. Reward yourself – Once you’ve tackld a challenging topic in maths, or even finished an essay draft, reward yourself. Catch up with a friend, take a trip to the beach or even watch a movie! A few hours won’t hurt every now and then.
3. Heathy Habits – This doesn’t just mean eating healthy, it means to look after yourself throughout your studies. Getting help where needed, going for a run to transfer some O2 to your brain, ask questions and taking study breaks! Trust me, you’ll be glad you did.
