1. Don’t think – just do. If you need to write an essay or study for a maths exam – just sit down and do it. Don’t think about how hard it’s going to be, or how much work is needed – you’re exerting unnecessary energy by doing this. Don’t think about it – just do it!
2. Set SMART goals. Get yourself familiar with what a SMART goal is and base all your goals on this. It will give you a framework which allows you to achieve your goals.
3. Be prepared to fail. You’re not going to get everything on the first go. You’ll come across many concepts which you won’t understand. Don’t give up. Be prepared for this obstacle by motivating yourself to keep going, no matter how hard it gets.
