1. Discipline is more important than motivation. Rather than having inconsistent periods of intense studying, learn to discipline your studying by being consistent, and sticking to a schedule. Do something everyday.

2. Ask as many questions as you can to tutors/teachers. Ask anything that comes to your mind, this will help you become more confident in your thinking, and will help fill any gaps in your understanding.

3. Don’t leave something for tomorrow if it can be done today. This will help minimise procrastination and delaying assignments/homework.
